 Design according to dimension sheet and technical data sheet as well as system description.

 The filter has the following design features:

– Frame in stainless steel 1.4301
– Carrying machine parts made of solid steel cores, hermetically encased with stainless steel 1.4301
– Fully automatic contact pressure with two-stage high-pressure pump
– Hydraulics secured by self-locking valves (no mechamic lock)
– high pressure retention of the hydraulic cylinder
– Automatic repressurization for sterile pressure, no drawing in of room air

 -Normal chambers in stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A steel)

Fittings

-Filter piping: Mat. Chrome nickel steel 1.4301
Connections according to DIN 11851 (valves manufactured by Kieselmann are taken over by the existing filter)
-Filter inlet: 1 flap valve
-Filter outlet: 1 sight glass and 1 flap valve
-2 shut-off valves DN 80 in the riser
-4 sight glasses with vent valve
-Discharge: 2 flap valves

Control desk
Mat. Stainless steel, with all electrical and hydraulic components to control the hydraulic cylinder
supplied loose, wired ready for connection
